Clutch Bushing Insalation

I have a 68 Ace100, I understand the clutch hub bushing needs to be installed in the right direction, I noticed that the oil grooves only reach one end. any help would be appreciated

Trans Oil Change.

I know this question must have been asked a hundred times but how do I drain "ALL" the Trans oil out of my model 92 when I pull the drain plug only about half drains out, Do I need to lay the bike overone way or the other?

I have a 1968 100 and that's how mine work althought I don,t have the emergency switch. With the key in the first position only the Brake light and horn work. In the second position( with the emergency switch off) they all work but the headlight and taillight work off the Magneto so at idle they are...

Looks like someone has already worked this one, the nut bottoms out befor its tight in the bore, I put fiber washers on the stud to tighten the fit but it has to be to tight to turn otherwise it willleak, Looks like a new one is in store.

A new set of Points to replace the new set I just put in and she runs like champ. I think the other set might have had an insolator problem causing them to grond out, but not sure. Ok, Problem solved, Someone soldered the wronge colored wires on one terminal and doubled up the green and white wire on the same terminal. Once I actually took the switch off all the correct symbles were right there on the back just as the wiring diagram shows, I just finished resoldering the right...

My ignition has One single Blue wire Male,one Double Blue Wire Female, one single White wire male,one single Green wire female, one single Black wire female,one double Brown wire Female and Two double Red wires female. There is also Pasco, Kennewick, and Richland Washington, Commonly refered to as the Tri,Cities, there is a airport in Pasco and were just over an hour away from Athina.

Thanx Roger. This was very helpful, This bike ran fine befor I disconnected the wiring prior to going through the motor to repair a skippy kicker. I just want to make it right on the way back togeather. Again thanx.

I,m not sure if my first post made it threw so I,m trying again, On a model 92 ace100, which way should the right main seal be facing, with the crank removed and the seal and bearing still installed the seal face is facing the crank side, is this correct?
