Re: Remote Condenser
Mallory Condensers are available at Summit Racing. I bought the model 400 (cheapest at $7.75) and it has been working great for several years now. https://www.summitracing.com/search/department/ignitions-electrical?SortBy=BestKeywordMatch&SortOrder=Ascending&keyword=condenser&N=429495151...

Re: Jetting - Model 94 with reed valve
When I had the Wombat VM24-B carb on my reeded 94:
pilet jet (#25)and needle jet (N-8) were still stock size and the stock needle (4E1) set 1 slot? or maybe the last slot? (don't remember which) to the richer side. Main jet 180.

Also you might try disconecting the keyed switch and the kill switch if there is one hooked up just to test for spark. One of these may be your kulprit.

Re: Riding Boots
Thanks for the help. I'll watch for used ones. That sounds like the best way to get something good for an affordable price, but even that will have to wait. Just took my best buddy to the vet hospital today. He's not good and will need to stay for a while. This dog is a Miricle dog...He's cheated de...

Riding Boots
Looking for info on Boots. I bought a pair of Moose Racing M1 boots a few years back because I was looking for a low cost boot (these were ~$95.00) and Moose Racing is advertized as a supporter of Hodoka days which is why I chose this brand. However, there is so much ABS plastic that I can not bend ...

Re: Sealing a gas tank
Brian, Bullfrog is EXACTLY RIGHT ON, as ussual. I have a leaky chrome tank. I had cleaned and de-rusted it about 7 years ago and it was fine for about 4 years. Then it did develop leaks. I used tank sealer in it at that time but it only last for 1 season and then it starts leaking again. I recoated ...

Re: Wombat 125 info
I also have a 94 Wombat that has a reed valve and a drilled piston but I have a 28mm Mikuni carb. The Mods should not really change the plug heat range so B8HS is what you whould run to try first. I have no knowlege of the jetting for the carb you have but jetting is critical to the proper performan...

Re: Hodaka Super Combat throttle
Just another FYI on the throttle cables. I recently purchased a 'Bundle Cable set' from Paul for my 94 Wombat and never considered that I have a 28mm Super Rat carb on it. Well, the new throttle cable made by Motion Pro does have more exposed cable than the on old OEM Wombat cable that I have for a ...
