I am asking for a volunteer to work with me on the promotion of the event. I will gladly handle the magazine print media and I have already started on that today.
I am asking for a volunteer to contact the local and not so local newspapers and also the same for the television stations. If anyone has any experience with this or even if you do not we can talk you and walk you through it.
We need to design a press release that is catchy and not to long. Then follow through with all the contacts to see if they need more information etc..
If we get the television folks to come over again from Portland Ed said he might dye his hair..
