I'm finalizing a build: late (01) Squirt frame, with 21x18" wheels = relatively tall bike. Anyone have a similar setup to advise correct length side stand? The 11-12" ones I have seem too short...

Re: Side stand length
I just threw a tape measure up against the only bikes I have around here which have stock kick stands. Both the model 96 Dirt Squirt and Model 99 Road Toad have about 11 inch kick stands. My ISDT Qualifier bike with 21" and 18" wheels AND Model 03 forks and 14.5" shocks is somewhat taller, and has a 13.5" kick stand. So, while this post provides no precisely useful information . . . I'd guesstimate that a 12" to 12.5" kick stand would probably be about right for your scooter.

I use a block of wood and a wedge to get my desired height. --- Clarence

. . . and while that scooter is wedged up to the proper parking angle, a feller could measure how much length needs to be added to the kick stand. Disclosure - some welding required.

Re: Side stand length
Afraid Ed is right; I’m using the same forks and shocks…12” is too short. Time to cut and weld.
