Are there any aftermarket exhaust systems still available?

There are many aftermarket exhausts out there but no current production for Hodaka motorcycles I'm aware of. Companies such as Torque Engineering made specific aftermarket performance exhaust systems specifically for Hodaka motorcycles you'll have to troll flea bay and vintage swap meets to find. There are many more period-correct expansion chambers that, in the hands of a good welder, can be modified to fit any Hodaka. Cone makes awesome pipes for a reasonable sum for a hand-made custom pipe. Paul sold pipes designed by none other than Harry Taylor (wish I had one) that are scarce but if you are not in a hurry, you might be able to find one. What model are you working on? Race, street, on/off road? Do you need a spark arrestor/silencer. I run FMF Turbine Core II silencers on a couple of my race bikes and they are great, readily available, and can be fit to most any 2-stroke stinger.

Torque Engineering Yamaha was easily made to fit my 03 Wombat, and I works well.

Mike at CPI Racing. He built my pipe for the Sleeper Ace. As well as a few others for those of us in Northern Utah. Reasonably priced too. You can find him on Facebook

What model are you looking to fit the pipe to? I have a pretty extensive circle of vintage bike friends with some crazo parts stashes.

Thinking about building a late model Dirt Squirt with alloy cylinder- but there is a model 98 frame lurking in basement

I found a torque industries pipe at Mid Ohio last year and sold it on. Dynoport will build you a pipe, if you can supply specs, but his pipe guy is pretty sharp and can work one up.
