This is the old Ace 90 CD ignition on the old racer. It is stamped 90 Kokusan Denki Japan. I think it is a balanced flywheel. --------------Clarence

Hi Clarence I have a ignition that came on a Ace 100 , It is similar to your setup . But mine has a lighting coil. Here are a couple of ad's ( I think they are from cycle magazine 1968 ) And a pic of the bike. K.C.

Very interesting! I don't remember seeing any of those electronic ignitions for Hodies.

. . . and we have photos from 2026, posted in 2017, about things made in 1968!

Back from the future. Yes and I can show you a dummy with a smart phone that doesn't come with an owners manual. And the owner has a flat learning curve. At least we remember where the items were to take pictures of. -------Clarence
