Replacing swingarm bushings

This is one of the few frames that I have ever needed to replace the swing arm bushings on. I wasn't sure what would be the best way to remove and install them on my 95 frame. I checked out the video on you tube that Kelly (SOCAL) has done with Greg and was very helpful. Thank you Kelly! I ended up making my own tool using an old 18mm socket. Make sure the O.D. of the socket is slightly smaller than the bushing. Please note not all 18mm sockets are created equal and will vary on the outside diameter. I drilled out the center hole in the socket so I could slide in a 3/8" bolt to use as an alignment dowel for the bushing, cutting it a few inches longer than the socket and welded it to the top. The socket stayed on the outside metal edge of the bushing due to the alignment bolt and hammered it in place. Richard
