Alsport steen???

I have an Alsport steen with a Hodakahodaka ace 100 in it. Been sitting for years!!!! Was wondering where the best place is to get information about this bike and where to buy parts to get it bake up and running.

The home page will get you most of what's needed motor wise. It is, after all, still a Hodaka motor! Just look up parts for an Ace 100 B+. ; D Victor

Motor parts are readily available. Some body parts pop up on ebay. Depending on what else you may need, you may have to be resourceful.

Other than motor parts (which as previously been noted are easy to obtain), if you list what parts you need, someone will probably either have the parts or know where you might look. My son-in-law has a Steen that we are in the process of restoring right now and I know he has been able to locate quite a few parts, such as seat, rims, bearings, etc. Good luck on it.

You have a good bike to start with, stern fenders are sold on eBay, get a set and match paint for the tank. Other then that you got it.

My biggest issue was finding tires in the correct sizes. I did find a 2.50x 17 for the front, 3.00 x 16 for the rear, and they look good. for the other bikes I have which have 16' front and rear it will be a chore unless I run knobbies. I like a trials type, looks more like it's the way it should have come from the factory....

The front forks alone are worth the price of admission. Build it, and ride it. They don't make them like this anymore.
