I am pretty sure the 03 tank is the same except for the decals if you are trying to find a tank that will fit.

yes it is and so is the 02 roadtoad tank

I'm using an 02 tank on mine. The original tank was rusted thru. Had a lot of the parts replated recently. Hope to get to the motor this spring. Were the clutch cover, ignition cover, and shift cover painted on the 175 like the 100/125 or not?
