92 Ace 100 Engine Case Damage

Working on a 92 Ace 100 and just finished tearing down the engine. The magneto cover and the left side of the case have broken sections of the wall that separates the magneto from the shifter assembly. See the photos for exact locations. What are my options for proceeding with rebuilding this engine given these broken sections?

Can be welded by a competent welder.can also repair cracks and egged out screw holes.
