You still have time!
Mine only took 27 days.

That looks about right. Of course I am assuming that you have spokes in the wheels and the motor is already assembled???

Ed, what's the rush?!! Btw, you could have saved time & spray painted that frame AFTER the engine & parts were installed; would have made for a nice, concours look.....

Ah, but by painting last night . . . I've kept open the possibility of really dinging up the paint as assembly progresses. (You HAVE to think this procedures through!)

Re: A picture is worth a thousand words
The barbecue at Taylors was a good gathering as usual -- and several folks asked me if I finished the machine. Which prompted the thought that I've left all you folks out there in electron land in the lurch.
Yes the machine got fully assembled. I was supposed to be out on the trail by 9:00 this morning . . . and I didn't make it till noon . . . but I DID make it and the machine ran just fine! The photo shows 1 ply Bad Rock mud and dirt on the frame . . . but I think that is 2 ply Bad Rock mud and dirt on the engine/etc.
I've doubled checked all bolts after today's ride, so, Hot Dang! I'm ready for the Bad Rock Trail Ride tomorrow!
