Kelly Schenk called me and apparently Ben has a heart attack today and was taken to Good Samaritan Hospital in Puyallup. He is going into the “cath lab” now. I don’t really have anything more at this point.

I just wanted to let people know. I know we will all be thinking of them and praying for Ben.

Gregg and/or I will let you know when we have more.

Monday 0900 UPDATE:
Ben is awake, resting easily, not immediately at risk. Headed for more diagnostic procedures, hoping to return home later today or tomorrow. Good news!

As I was driving home from a meeting tonight, contemplating on several important topics - I had an AH-HA moment. While readily admitting my utterly amateur status as a health care provider, it suddenly became clear to me that Ben needs to ride more! How does that saying go? "A Hodaka ring-ding a day keeps the doctor away." (or something like that)

Good news! Ben is home, working on an article for a future Resonator!
If anyone out there has - or knows someone who has - a Cotton motorcycle, please let Ben know, as he's doing a piece on Cottons.
