No they are not the same Rick. Bruce Young owns and operates Hodaka Parts in Boise and has been very instrumental in helping me source new Hodaka parts all over the world.
Bill Cook has also been very helpful and has Hodaka-Parts in O'fallon Missouri.
Both great guys and great sources for parts and information.

Thanks for the clarification Paul. I have only dealt with Bill Cook. I will save the link for Bruce's site as well.

Bruce's link Rick is on my links page under Hodaka Resources. Both guys are great guys and they buy from me and I buy from them too but Bruce Young was my sales rep at Western Power Sports for 20? years. He is someone that I trusted and still do and someone who worked with me all those years to help me find what I needed so we had Hodaka parts for all of you. When Bruce told me he was retiring a few years ago from WPS I asked him what was he going to do ? There was only so many reruns of "I love Lucy" you can watch. He said he had some honey do's to catch up on but there were no major plans. I asked him to help me source parts from all over the world to fit our Hodaka's. Seeing he had been at all these dealers shows all these years he had many of the same connections I did. Bruce has agreed and now even has his own Hodaka parts inventory.
I cannot find the time to source these parts and I rely on and work with Bruce. Great great guy who is in it for the right reasons and cares deeply about Hodaka's and the vintage motorcycle world. Even though his last name is "Young" he is vintage like me.
