The new pipe is finally done and I also opened up the air filter inlet about 2/3 bigger. After many jetting runs I ended up with a richer needle jet & slide, different needle, and richer main jet. The power is noticeably stronger in the mid range and top end, with a bit of a loss on the low end....

Thank you for your input. I think the mistake I made is I matched a faded red. I only have a few original red parts and they may have been sitting outdoors for many years. I'll get some redder red paint and put another coat on.

This crankcase came from a model 94 that sat outside for many years. Other than the heavy pitting in the crankshaft area, the case is low time and in good condition.
