I show the gaskets and spacer are the same PN's on the 90 and 100's, also the carb is the same. It should bolt up.

I rebuilt a SL250 years ago and from what I remember I just removed the oil pump in case it siezed. Its only injected into the intake, unlike a Can Am I had that injected oil into the intake and main bearings. I did this mode back when I was 15. After wrecking a piston (long story) and eventually had aftermarket reeds and a 34mm mikuni. Crazy fast but went back to stock becuase it would overheat. Not really what that little 10hp piston port was ment to do.

It only happens if you kick it hard and it did start on the first kick after rebuild. I will roll with it for now and split the cases this winter for "inspection" and install the new retainer. Bore, piston and crank where done by Dave and I got the jug back soda blasted and painted...thats...
