96 dirt squirt tire recommendations

I am working on my 96 Dirt Squirt that I picked up at Hodaka Days this year.
I am looking for tires that will somewhat match what was on the bike originally.
Original tires were 2.75 x 19 front and 3.25 x 17 rear
I’ve been searching some and I’m finding the selection in these sizes to be limited.
I would like the tires to match, same brand and tread pattern front and rear.
What do you recommend?
Thanks.

I dont know where you can find them, but check for a Duro HF313 tire. Their catalog list them in a 3.50x17 and a 2.75x19. It is a full knobby tire.

Thank you dirty rat
I found them at a place called TripleClamp Moto in Toronto, ON
Canada. $166 with shipping.
From what I can see in the photos I think should look good and work well.
I’m getting a start on this project. I will be picking up the overhauled engine from Ron Liddle on Tuesday.
My goal is to have it done to bring to 2025 Hodaka Days for show and tell.
Thanks again.

I actually couldn’t get the tires that Dirty Rat recommended. Seems that they are out of production. I couldn’t find any MX tires in those sizes so I went with the Shinko 244. I have these on other trail bikes and I’ve been happy with them.

I, too, have used the Shinko 244 on a few bikes. They are a fairly aggressive trials tire. But still are useful if you ride the streets to the dirt!
