Model 97 Oil Leak at Kick Starter

Hello Gang,
What's the fix for oil leak at the kick starter. Can seal be accessed behind clutch cover?

Unfortunately, no. There is an O-ring in the center case half which will need to be replaced - and you have to "split the cases" to change it out.
