How does it mount? What hardware is missing? Someone on FB told me he thought you had to remove the rack? Here’s what we have so far. Still looking for possible mounting hardware. It may be packed somewhere else? Victor

There should be some holes in the bottom of the seat. a couple of flat bar bridge underneath the bars on the rack and tighten to the seat BINGO, Duck Tape *** Clarence
