What is this dashed red wire (circled in green) And why does it show a dashed line to the brown DC connector? This is on the wiring diagram for the Model 94 Wombat. :ugeek: Victor

The person that did it, probably isn't here to tell us any more. The red wire lights up the speedometer and goes to the emergency switch. I think it is dashed just to let folks know, that in that close proximity it does not hook into the wire it crosses. Don't overthink simplicity it could turn complicated. ----------- Clarence

it means that when the Emergency switch is activated, (BN to R), that is the wire that supplies DC power to those items that are normally powered by the AC side.

That specific wire does not actually exist in the harness but illustrates what is happening inside the Emergency switch itself.

Thanks Roger! I thought it was something like a bypass. Didn’t seem like you would want AC power plugged into the DC side. That would make a bit of a mess, right?

Alan has been asking me if I’ve heard from you. Have you touched base with him about that Wombat harness? Thx! :ugeek: Victor

I found all my supplies, but haven’t located my crimpers yet.

And then school started…
