I have an extreme reed ported Ace 100 cylinder, as confirmed by Ed.

“ Long distance review suggests that the cylinder may be a "full race" cylinder with peaky power-band...”

I’m not going to use this cylinder as I’m not building a race motor. But I will trade the cylinder to someone who wants to use it, for a stock Ace 100 cylinder. We both pay one way shipping & swap cylinders. That’s all there is to it! Here’s pics of the cylinder!

If interested, let me know. :ugeek: Victor

Those transfer ports are hogged pretty close to the cylinder liner. This area would have poor heat tolerance before deforming. This has been modified to the extreme and likely has no room for an overbore. I'm afraid you may end up with an interesting conversation piece on your shelf. But,,,they ainnt making them anymore. Hope it finds a home.

I have not made a trade today and never went to any yard sales. Sold my 1934 white ( made by White) pickup old ladder truck. I will find victor a cylinder. ---------------- Clarence

OK Clarence. If you have one on hand, great! I think I paid $80 for 2 Ace 100 cylinders, shipped. This was one of those cylinders. So if you find one, I’ll trade with you!

I sent the other stock cylinder to Alan for an Ace he’s rebuilding, which had a circlip seizure & he is sending me a crank for the first Rat project. And he is sending me a nice fuel tank for the second Rat project. I’ll send him something in trade for the tank when he figures out what he needs that I might have.

This has been a season of trade since last October when I bought the first Rat & the “Super Squirt” from the Lead Terry sent me of the guy in Albuquerque. I traded a good pair of shocks for the Ace pipe I cut apart to redo the first Rat’s exhaust to correctness. I traded Alan for a fuel tank to use on the first Rat. The list can, but won’t go on. Except with my projects!!! :ugeek Victor
