Will a Super Rat head work on a Ace 100 cylinder ? Looking for more bottom end for trials ,Can not run a reed vale because of rules . Looking for a B+ Engine Thank you

You must also use a SR piston set up. The heads are different and so are the piston domes.

If you’re going to do that you should consider having the cylinder ported for reed valve as well. Then you can really get more HP and Low end torque out of the motor. Victor

Do you have other mods in mind for your trials bike? Pipe? Carburetor? Weighted flywheel?
A longer pipe header into a mid box muffler will provide low end grunt. Vanes installed in the carb can really improve response. And the weighted flywheel makes a tractor out of it.

The only ones that I know of have been built by Hodaka specialists. Specifically I know that Ron Liddle has built them. I am sure there are others as well. Hodaka Dave? Greg Watkins? You would need to reach out to one of these folks.
