Hi All,
So the Ace 100 I have has what would seem to be an after market air filter canister. At first I though maybe it was from a later Super Rat because of the shape, but the mounting is quite different. Maybe someone made these to accept the Super Rat filters?

The filter cage measures about 4-1/2" across x 2 1/2" deep. In looking on line it would seem that a Super Rat cage and filter might be a correct fit? I copied a Uni Filter for a Super Rat as example and it look like it would go over 4-1/2" depth is unknown.

That was an aftermarket air filter from back in the 70's. It is not the same as a Super Rat filter and a Super Rat filter element won't fit. Best bet is to measure it and see if you can find a replacement of the same size that was made for something else (some parts companies have dimensions list, but most don't). Or, you can buy filter foam and glue for same and make an element to fit.

I think the cage size would be like a DS, RT or Wombat filter.
