What is the ring gap for a 125 with a L type ring in an alloy cylinder? Is it .004, or .008

I'm not where I can access my manuals, but memory says the proper starting ring end gap for a 125 is .006".

Your memory is good Ed. My manual says .006 and the limit is .014.
