I'm sorry if my post sounded like I was trying to sell my Hodaka Custom Trials Motorcycle on this Forum.
I was Not that is why I didn't mention the Price or my location and contact.
I have been trying to sell it here in Grants, New Mexico with no Bites!
Victor, check Albqu Cregs list.
Clarence, I can not answer anything more so that I don't cross any lines with the forum.
I was just wanting to know what the "Learned Members" felt this Hodaka was worth, Not trying to sell it on the Forum.
Again, I am sorry if I crossed the Line here.

What would you have to get out of it to make selling it worth the effort? Then go from that point.

I looked at your CL ad, that’s a fair price but it is a “specialty “ bike. So your market is slightly narrow.

What a beautiful Hodaka. To me you never broke any rule. you asked, what would be a fair price. Then you politely told us where to look. you could not have been more professional. I looked up Albqu and I think your price is very reasonable. If anybody crossed the line it was I --------Clarence

Re: What would be a fair price to ask for my 1971 Custom Hodaka "Trials"?
Yes, it is a Specialty Built (Trials) motorcycle but if you change the Seat, and Final Drive Sprocket it will make a Great Dirt Bike too.
I have a 36 tooth and another BMI seat too.

Great looking build. I see you have also found BMI Karts, that's where I found rebuild kits for the Super Combat shocks.
Just a quick question. With the shift lever turned backwards, wouldn't that make the shift pattern 1 up and 4 down?

Rick! It was nice meeting you today!!! I felt like I have really made a new friend!
I think you should stick to your guns on the price! Especially after showing me your “Binder!” I’ve never seen a bike that well documented! Stick with advertising on Trials forum & trials websites! I’m sure you’ll find a buyer! And I think you should start at $6,000 & negotiate from there, Not from $2700! Victor
