I,m restoring a 1968 ace100 and I,m wondering what the suggested paint colors are for both frame and engine?

Are there any rattlecan aerosol that are usually available locally that are a close match to the original colors for the frame and engine?

Im going to submit this just becuase ... My B+ had a guard scudder welded to the head light brackets , Ive been back and forth on this , do I gring it off and redo it it so it doesnt look like a 10 year old did it or leave it as found ... well Saturday I couldnt stand looking at it anymore and ground it off ... Duplicolor DE 1605 Ford Red Engine Enamel is pretty close ! Will not match if its faded but its real close to the original color inside the head light bucket... close enough for my old eyeballs !

kingdve thanks for the tip. Is the Duplicolor engine enamel fairly fuel resistant?

I havent done a "soak test " to see how fuel resistant it is but have painted engines with DupliColor paint , the Hunter Green is real close to Merc outboard Cedarburg Green and no problems but your results may vary ... todays gas is such a toxic mix that I wouldnt bet against it
