Athena & Oregon Fires...

Have the Fires in Oregon hit or affected Athena? Are they close? Anyone know? Have they affected any of the Bad Rock Trail areas??? Victor

Athena, Bad Rock areas are in north eastern Oregon(east of the cascade mountain range).As of today, no major fires east of the cascades. Impacted areas (1 million acres so far) are in the western cascades and coast ranges.
Forest areas and trails are impacted in the cascades and will be shut down for some time.
Smoke is terrible in pretty much all of western oregon clear to the coast.
