Hodaka Heavy Industries of Nagoya, Japan? I think Fuji Heavy Industries made Hodaka motors too.

I cheated. The answer is in a brochure I have, "The Hodaka Story". Next time I'll try not to be a "party pooper" and hold my tongue. But......where do I pick up my Super Combat prize bike for having the right answer??
