Go with this one Victor. This is much slicker than mine. Nice Larry. I will still get a photo of my set-up when I get a free minute. It might be more versatile, but you could make different port covers for the different models quite easily and do away with the tubing and blood pressure insufflation bulb, etc.

This looks great and fairly easy to make! I’ll save the picture! This will work for the 125’s but not the Aces/Early Rats or 94 Wombat.
We would likely need to make a 2 hole model 92 intake plate with both the meter & air valve all on one intake plate and use a freeze out plug to stop up the exhaust port. But I’m understanding it now.

Looks good! What are you pressuring it with? I’m going to use my small engine carburetor leak tester.

Can an air compressor be used without blowing out the seals? Or is that too risky to try? Maybe a bicycle pump. It seems blood pressure cuffs are in rare supply these days, thanks to Covid-19......

NO ON THE COMPRESSOR! A small bicycle pump works best. It does not take much air.
I also did a thread for iron barrels. check it out.
