A non-Hodaka friend of mine went to the 2019 Lynden Show and Shine where he took a pic he sent me of a 1976 Wombat in what I'll describe as Concours d'Elegance condition.

I'm curious about this bike's original condition. For example, did it start out in pristine original condition or did the restorer start with a rough core and do a no-holds-barred rebuild?

Anybody familiar with this particular machine? The price at the show was $3,000 by the way.

I missed this show. I was up in Lynden about two months ago for the vintage bike show. The roughly fifteen Vincents caught my eye. There were Rapides, Black Shadows, & a Black Lightning. I was doing my best not to drool.
