This year (2018) some people were saying they almost missed the event because they didn't realize that the last full weekend was a week early. Next year the final weekend is the last weekend. The 30th is on Sun. So plan accordingly.

Hodaka Days is always the last "full" weekend in June. If Sunday falls into July then the event is moved up one week to avoid the 4th of July Holiday.

I'm a club member, so I guess I can speak up... :P

Building a load for the cross country journey, have some stuff already, looks like I'll be hauling the trailer, so I'll have lots of room.

FYI Hodaka days, 2019, info on the Forum site under (news); date for event is June 27 thru 29th of 2019, I am a club member as well. Wow, hard to understand why " the club " did not respond except for Dale. See you all there, Bruce Young Hodakapartsidaho.com

Last year I set up my swap space in a different area, this year I'll be back in the normal zone, be more fun.

Dan as I understand it this year there is going to be a specific zone in the same area As before on the grass, but the club will specify where booths will be set up along drive thru, so as not to interfere with over nite campers. There where issues in this area last year, make sure you get your spot early. I think I am going to set up across the drive this year out from under any trees, after what happened last year to my truck. On the same side as the bike show. Bruce

I was set up next to the basketball court last year, easy access, under a nice tree and not far from the food truck. But away from the majority of the crowd, so will move back toward the bike show area. I'll be there to set up on Wed, so I usually have lots of space to choose from.

Yeah thrown, you were a bit off "the beaten path" last year. :D Probably a bit more sitting and talking going on in your "regular" place. ;) (Wow, hard to understand how having multiple folks give the same information Dale did would be better. ;) )

Just FYI, the bike show area will be moved slightly for 2019. We are going to move closer to the kiosk, under the trees where the large tents were located for the 50th year celebration. This will open up some vendor space along the pathway while concentrating the bike show activity with the activities going on at the kiosk.

Dale, good idea, I just want to across the path out from under tree limbs, if any fall again, cost my ins. co $2000.00 to fix truck, and we where lucky no one was harmed when it did fall. Scary, It made me rethink where I wanted to set up for weekend. We will see.

I always park in the park lot, or out back toward the school. I don't park down front. With the trailer I'll park in the park lot. Still a ways to haul the swap stuff, but not that far.

Still open to hauling bikes and parts from the east to HD. Open truck or enclosed trailer.
