File types

Hi all, I've been trying to upload a video of the Super Combat running, but can't seem to find a format that will upload? I've tried mov, mp4, avi, wmv. It just says "the extension mov is not allowed". Any suggestions? In the FAQ's it says allowable file types are controlled by admin.
