Measurements for COMBAT WOMBAT rear number plate bracket

If someone can get me the measurements for this, I will be making a few by hand and powder coating them, Free one it for you when we are done.
I did some tracings of one at Hodaka Days and could scan what I have if you are interested. Pretty detailed. I was intending to try and duplicate one for my son’s bike. I’d take you up on your offer if there’s will,work.
