Does anyone know where i can get a set of Steen tank decals?

Which style? There are several variations. Try : Hodaka-parts.com

If not on hodaka parts, check with Paul on strictlyhodaka.com and if nothing is on his site shoot him an email and ask , wouldn't hurt

Looking for the large hockey stick check mark looking Decal.

Rylan. If you can photograph it, or provide a photograph from online, you should be able to get a local graphics place to reproduce them for you.

I had my local graphic shop photograph a Road Toad tank, airbox & battery cover and he produced the graphics on my Toads exactly as I asked. And the pictures were done with nothing more than a cell phone! I got 4 sets for about $100 or a little bit less. Here’s a few pics! Victor
