Hey guys ! I was just wondering if the "Hodaka, America's favorite motorcycle" book is worth buying and reading. I have not been able to find any general information on the book and I was wondering what's in the book and what kind of stuff there is for me to learn. Even if I don't read it (which I'm 99% sure I will) I will most likely still buy it to display it on my shelf. Thanks for the help !

I bought mine at HD 2014. Really like it and reread it often. A lot of good info plus good stories and we'll written. Plus some photos you probably can't find anywhere else. Was worth it to me.

A great book. My only problem with it is I can't find it !!! I know it is around the house somewhere. Spent some time looking for it the other day & struck out.

It is a great book, but the contents are not intended to help rebuild or restore a Hodaka. Instead, the book provides a history of Hodaka and how and when the various models were developed. There are historical pictures of the factory, PABATCO, and the bikes, with sections for each of the models. There is also a section detailing serial numbers for each of the models.

I would recommend the book to any Hodakaphile.
