I'm trying to set up a long dead Wombat for trials use at the lower skill levels. It appeared to me that the hole in from of the forward shock position could serve as a mounting point that lays down the shock more while raising the rear to reduce the trail. I turned down a couple of nuts and welded them into the holes. Anyone else done this with good results?

I have done that several times just not for trials , works good
