Fork Oil Queston

I have 32mm Ceriani forks from a Penton on my 93 Super Rat. I want to change the oil but have lost my notes. How many oz or cc of oil do they use?

The old school rule of thumb was oil level 6 inches from the top, springs out, forks collapsed. Oil type and weight adjusted by good old trial and error, or advice from someone with a similar setup.
