When I was a kid it was donkey baseball. Equally dumb, somewhat funny. Slow.

Re: Hoping to fulfill my knowledge of the universe
As a former high school varsity basketball player AND motorcycle rider from then till now, I always found Donkey Basketball to be the epitome of frustration. While donkeys have the ability to go, stop and turn . . . they do NOT have effective controls for the rider to "command" those functions. Yup, I think I'd rather eat Zuchini than ever play Donkey Basketball again! Been there, done that a time or two . . . that's enough. The game's are kind of a hoot to watch though!

Apparently some PABATCO staff members schooled the local high school faculty according to the Resonator. I assume all the entrants...er...donkeys were fed plenty of grass before the event. That vid Albert linked to is a hoot by the way.
