Getting prepped to do a rebuild on my Wbat94. "Blueprinting" and optimizing the clutch is one task. I've gotten the clutch blueprinting article from the SH page along with Service Bulletin about drilling extra oil holes in the clutch cover.
I remember another article with more details about the b'printing such as smoothing the "teeth" in the clutch cage and clutch hub. But I can't find that article here. Anyone remember where it is stashed away?

Hey Bill, I followed the blue printing method to a tee and it really provides a smooth shifting platform. If you look at pages 53 and 54 of the Official Hodaka Wombat Workshop Manual there is an excellent treatise on clutch inspection and reconditioning/rebuilding that I also followed to a tee. My Wombats shift like butter. If you don't have the manual, I highly recommend it. Makes a hack like me resemble a legit wrench.

See Volume 1, Issue 4 of the club newsletter - the "Resonator Revisited" - for an article on "blue printing" the clutch.

Well Doh!! I looked in my Resonator files, and even the Indexes and I didn't see it. Must be incipient CRS.
That is exactly the article I wanted with the detail I needed. Thanks!
Matt-- the PABATCO shop manuals are excellent. The section on clutch inspection and assembly is very complete.
