Hodaka Days transport

Post by thrownchain »

I found out recently that 1/2 of the load I had planned to haul to Oregon isn't going this year. So 2 or 3 round trip slots have opened up. If those spots aren't refilled, I won't be making the trip. It's a big expense to haul a trailer across the country and back and if the costs aren't covered, it doesn't make sense to go. If the load isn't filled and verified by June 1, I'll pull the plug on the trip, so if you're needing a ride for your bike, let me know asap. Thx.

Have spoken with a couple of people about needing a ride for the trip, but not near enuff to verify the load. Just over 90 days till I make the final decision.

I am considering going to HD2017 and if I do I might have you transport my bike(s). I am in OH, just a few miles from I-80 in Cleveland.

Definitely doable, how many bike(s)? The guys I usually haul take 2, one to do the poker run, one to do the bad rock.

I have never been to HDs and I don't know what events there are. I guess I'll be looking into that! What does transport of two bikes run? I have a 69 Super Rat and a 73 Combat.

No rush, but the sooner I know the better. I can also haul your riding gear and tools if you decide to take any.

Hello throwchain I was just curious do you do bike shipping? Was sent here from Facebook from a member of hodaka fan club. I live in upstate New York and was goin to drive to Henderson Nevada to pick up a bike I would rather pay just to have it shipped. I also have family in New York and some other states that would be closer to you probally and could be brought to there house and I could take it from there. Either way let me know would be interested in finding out a price and giving you more details thank you so much

Last call for transport, I'll be going the north route out this year, I have to go into Minn to do a pick up for the museum and will be going west on I-94 from there. So if you have something along that route that needs a ride to HD, drop me a line. I will be coming back east on I-80.
