Road Toad Wheel Lacing

I'm in the process of having the wheels for my model 99 Road Toad re-laced with new spokes. The rims and hubs were acquired separately. Checking the Road Toad owners manual I can find no references to what the off-set measurements are for the hubs. Can any well-versed members of this forum provide even ballpark measurements? Thanks.

So far as I know, the rims are not off-set to either side on any of the Hodaka models. So centered rims would be the plan.
