Model 03 Motor

I'm taking a relatively inexpensive risk on the Model 03 motor that Rod from Calgary had in the 03 parts bike he bought. Couple of questions before it arrives.
1. Does The Model 03 motor have any specific issues historically which would cause or make it prone to seizures?
2. Will the oil tank off a Model 99 Road Toad mount easily on the Model 03 if I decide to try running it with the oil tank/pump?
3. Are there still dual cable throttles available new or is this something I need to chase down?
4. I'm guessing I can't use my older Model 93 Super Rat flange mount with the Model 03, especially if I want to restore it to reed valve operation, correct?
5. Are there many, few or no interchangeable parts off the Model 94 Bolton end, Model 95 top end that I currently have which would be usable on the Model 03 motor or should I consider using the 94/95 motor in something different? Will it fit in a RoD Toad frame for example, allowing me to run a bigger motor in the RT?
These are just a few questions for now. I am sure l have more once the motor arrives! ; D Victor
