Hi, I was wondering if anyone has done any Road Toad green powder before and where did you buy your powder? I can get a match for $250 but will take 3-4 weeks. I don't mind the cost or time, But I do not have a good sample

Wow! $250? For what would take $70 or less in paint supplies including the tank? Seems like a lot. I would insist on a sample for thst price, or at a minimum a 100% Return Guarantee on the color. Do they Sk that you send them a color sample, or are they matching it to something? Seems like a pretty big risk so I would want the 100% return guarantee! ; D Victor

Yea getting custom powder is not cheap and different outfits charge different prices to color match and have minimum orders. So its not like I would be spending $250 just to get a trivial amount. Powder coating is also something I do for a living and I can repurpose the exes into alot of stuff, Who wouldn't want a Hodaka Yeti

Looks like I may not have to go that route. I ran into a customer at the parts store today. i did his 73 H1 500 years ago, We walked outside and BAM! I saw the green I was looking for. I don't have a great sample but the inside of my battery cover and airbox are ok. He followed me back to the shop and its a match imo. RAL 6018 is the color.
