The Red tank Dirt Squirt is 31 inches.

I had to lower my wife's DS so I will be able to teach her to ride. Did an RR article last year about it. My wife is only about 4' 11" tall.
The photo of before has a thinner seat. I was going to use that one, but decided to use a lowering kit instead. The kits are hard to find.
