Abradable Powder Coating Pistons

Anyone here have experience with abradable powder coating on pistons? Thinking of using this in conjunction with nickel silicon carbide electroplating on the cylinder wall to remedy an over-bored Webco 125 conversion I used in racing in 1974. One company that offers the powder coating is Line2Line, and I think U.S.Chrome uses Line2Line as an outsource for the coating.
