road toad hot wiring

I just got a 1976 road toad and the key has been lost.Does any 1 know what I need to do to hot wire it?

Just unplug the main wiring harness - which takes all the lights out of operation but it also takes the main switch out operation too.

If the blue and black wires from the magneto are connected to the coil under the tank, you should be good to go.

CAUTION: You really do need an operating kill switch. Don't run the machine without some means of turning off the ignition. (!)

S.H. can sell you a key that will work in your ignition. Part # 929437 -MAIN SWITCH KEY.
No need to hot wire.

thanks guys got it to fire up today.Now to clean the carb
