Just a quick question Danny.

Why no sandblasting and high heat paint on the exhaust pipe? I've found sand or bead blasting cleans them well and high heat engine paint makes them Purdy again. Just curious. You went through all that work and left the pipe the way it was. I did this with my Wombat pipe. Also found out later I could have had it powder coated. ; D Victor

This was not a total restoration. The goal here was to completely rebuild and refinish the engine and mechanically bring the bike back to life. Dan plans to do the other paint and refinish items.

I would also guess budgets apply here also. I put a lot of time and effort into doing things correctly and charge accordingly. So if he can do the other things needed and save some money I am ok with that.

I just picked up my bike today from Danny and I could not be happier. Looks and run's great. I cannot say enough about Danny's knowledge and detail in the work he did on my bike. He took the time to explain to me every thing he did and was patient with all my questions.If not for the Hodaka forum I would never have found Danny, so thanks guy's.I would highly recommend Danny for anyone needing any work done on their bike. Detailed work and very fair price. Once again thanks Danny. Time to go raceing.
