Welcome to the forum Joe90. It sounds like you have a great little fleet to start with.

Responses are a bit slow on the forum right now as quite a few Hodaka fans are recovering (some still traveling home) from a long week of summer heat at the annual Hodaka Days events.

Yup, the creaking in my joints when I got up this morning was deafening - after all the riding I've done in the past few days at Hodaka Days! And now I've GOT to catch back up on normal life. I'll bet a lot of other folks who attended Hodaka Days are in the same boat.

Even so, a response seems quite in order. Any guy with THREE Hodies to bring back to life is facing some MAJOR good life entertainment . . . and is deserving of our support and sympathy (you've got a massive case of Hodaka-itis going there!)

Stay in touch - we stand ready to offer advice/support/guidance.

Very nice! I do notice that you have a Wombat tank on it. Just so happens that I have a Wombat with an Ace 90 tank on it. Maybe we should talk if you make it to Hodaka Days...

Wow, brings back old memories of riding my first Ace 90 home from the dealer in Pittsburg Kansas to Parsons Kansas (38 miles) with a smile on my face all the way! Ah, thanks for jogging my memory.

I am not sure about the tank, the early ace 100 had a small white cap and it is a early frame. ----------Clarence

You have me wondering on the tank? I though it was the stock one. Either way that is ok by me. Off to the garage looking at tanks. It makes me happy to remember the fun I had on my rat in 1970s. I will give the serial number, someone will probably know if it's a late or early 90 :?:

correction, the early ace 90 had a small white cap. I call them prototype because many of their parts did not interchange. -------------Clarence

Hello Joe 90,

I was just wondering - when you were a child, did you sit in a weird machine that gave you the knowledge of experts in many fields and then use this knowledge to fight crime?

Joe 90,

It's hard to believe this is a coincidence, but please check out the work of Gerry Anderson, a British fellow who made puppet shows in the 60's. One of his last shows was Joe 90. I assumed you took your forum name from there. A youtube link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7gtpks_0V3U

No I didn't name myself after the 60s cartoon. It makes sense now that I know what you are talking about. Joe is my name 90 hodaka is my bike. I like the YouTube, weird and cool, never saw it before. Take care and enjoy your hodaka.
