Does anyone know if a 50 mm bore is standard bore size for a 1970 ace 100 engine ?

Listed as 50x50. The specs are on the Strictly Hodaka website, along with all the other specs for the bike, and parts diagrams. Look for the shop by schematics pull down, select your model. On the first page that comes up will be a photo of your bike. Just under that photo are two links, one of which, on the left half of the line, will be the model specifications link to a .pdf of the full factory specs.
