I suppose that'd depend on whether or not you want to show it or ride it. I would think that finding one for show, or one you could make show-worthy might be kinda difficult. This would be when you'll start looking into the "plug-and-heat-but-be very-careful" method of dent removal (check out the YouTube videos for a few good laughs). When you buy though, be careful not to get a late Rat pipe by mistake; they have a longer stinger section, and are not quite as fat in the middle. The easier ones to find will probably be the ones that are nearly flat on the bottom--I've seen a few of those. Also, there are aftermarket pipes floating around (like Bassani), but they can be pricey, too. Speaking of price, I'm not sure, as it's been years since I bought one ($200 for an NOS Bassani, as a matter of fact), and my others are ones I've swapped parts for. Someone else will chime in, I'm sure, on the prices they've paid--and maybe you'll get lucky.

I saw some nice reproductions from California Hodaka at Hodaka Days. Bill Cook used to offer a good reproduction SC down pipe but I dont know if he still has any. They were around $300. I paid $450 for a NOS one a couple years ago.

I sold a NOS 97 pipe a couple years ago for $400. I have the pipe on my bike now from California Hodaka, I'll see if they have any more.
