Hodaka trail riding booklet from ~1977

I am looking for a copy of a green booklet that Hodaka gave away free in ~1977 that was filled with lots of instructions and advice for off-road riding and bike prep. I'm teaching my daughter to ride, and I'd love to be able to share those tips with her. Does anyone know where I could get a copy (on paper or in PDF)?
